As we reach the end of May, we celebrate Memorial Day in America. It’s a funny thing to “celebrate” this holiday like it’s a joyful time. For those that don’t truly understand Memorial Day and why it is a very somber holiday to me, we are remembering those who lost their lives fighting to give and protect our freedoms. The freedom that allows me to do what I want.
To the families that have lost a loved one in the line of duty, I am truly grateful and humbled.

If you’re a parent it is your duty and your responsibility to raise your kids in a way that provides them with the best opportunity to live a long, healthy life. I don’t think anybody will disagree. One of the most important things you can do is teach them about healthy nutrition.
Lose fat, build muscle… but simultaneously? It seems like this comes up at least once a day and every day there is an argument about it. Instead of voicing my opinion again, I will gladly let someone that has more education and has done more research tell you the same thing.
