I’m going to start this week’s articles to read by wishing all the moms out there a Happy Mother’s Day.
With all the readings, I didn’t find much, but I did listen to a pretty good podcast that I’ll link in as well. If you’re like me, a podcast in the car or while you’re meal-prepping is a great thing.
On to what you actually came for:
Parents, your child-athlete is not a Pro. From the time I was playing baseball as a kid, there were parents trying to live their dreams through their child, having them play year-round, go to camp after camp, and training like the pro’s do. Newsflash – your kid isn’t a pro and shouldn’t be treated or trained like one.
There’s always two sides to data interpretation. Experience and lab data are typically two different things. In this episode Joe Defranco and Dr. Tom take on some myths and even some guru’s with their own views.
30 Pounds of Muscle in 30 Days. While there is no magic potion, there are ways that have been known to work by some of the biggest and baddest bodybuilders. If you’re short on time for training and you have big goals, I think this is totally worth the listen.
Can’t figure out what’s wrong with your body? Think you might have Low T? Well, there’s hope for you, but it doesn’t come over the counter or in some gel cream. If you’re not sure, you obviously need a test, but start here with seeing if it’s possible and then you can start working on fixing the problem.
